Complete 2008 Grammy Awards Results - Winehouse Wins Big

Posted by Ashish on 02.11.2008

Despite her ongoing battles with drug addiction, Amy Winehouse was the big winner at the 2008 Grammy Awards. Winehouse won five awards including Record of the Year. Herbie Hancock pulled off a win for Album of the Year. Kanye West, The Foo Fighters, and The White Stripes all won two awards each. The night was highlighted by some strong live performances including Beyonce & Tina Turner performing together, Kanye West doing what he does, a powerhouse performance by Alicia Keys, and a special return of sorts for Winehouse who performed live from London.
